Monogram established a brand message that speaks past the price of entry in the category and taps into Closet Works’ true benefit: Sanctuary. The message was delivered using direct mail, radio, collateral, web, word-of-mouth and out-of-home. In addition, pURL technology and variable data printing were used to generate more qualified leads and develop a robust pipeline for the sales force.
In-home appointments increased 42% during the first two months of the program and the company’s database increased by 25%.
