Marla brings over 20 years experience in management consulting, relationship management and marketing to Monogram. As a former Senior Project Manager with the international consulting firm Towers Perrin, Marla worked with clients such as Abbott, Baxter, AT&T, SBC and Chicago Title & Trust on a variety of projects including strategy and organization design, sales force management and compensation.
Most recently, Marla headed her own entertainment and event production company where she developed creative programming and marketing strategies for the senior and youth markets.
She developed and managed relationships with key clients and sponsors including Marshall Fieldís, The Northern Trust, Target Stores, The Ravinia Festival and the City of Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs.
Marla has an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management where she sits on the Alumni Advisory Board.
