Geoff Hays

For the last 25 years, Geoff has been providing digital brand leadership and consultation to Fortune 500 and mid-market companies across North America, EMEA and beyond.

In that time, Geoff has held primary roles in multi-year (sometimes decade-long) relationships with premier brands such as Fedex, Merck, Wyndham Hotel Group, and Avis Budget, including milestones such as leading the initial launches of the Fedex web experience across 7 countries – South Korea, Russia, Norway, more. But Geoff has spent an equal amount of his career bringing the same investment, insight and leadership to numerous midmarket brands in manufacturing/industrial, real estate and property management, ecommerce, and many others. For the last 17 years, he has held directorships in innovative agencies focused on digital brand experiences and applications.

As an advocate for the many benefits and bottom-line impact of digital brand experiences and digital transformation, Geoff believes that innovation starts with both understanding and building relationships, and moves quickly to develop deep subject-matter expertise of his clients’ businesses to provide enduring value.

Earlier in his career, Geoff spent time in Prague as head of marketing for an English news and culture magazine focused on Central and Eastern Europe and distributed internationally, and three years as a journalist for the first dedicated digital news and culture publication for TorStar, inc. (The Toronto Star, numerous regional online and traditional publications), where he was lead editor of Canada’s largest original content website. He has also performed a number of roles on multiple feature film and commercial projects, and holds a BA in Film from York University, where he also spent time as a contract teacher.
