Richard Ashbaugh

With more than 25 years of experience in marketing and business development for prestigious global companies, Richard serves as MonogramGroup’s Chief Growth Officer contributing to the firm’s marketing, branding, public relations, and revenue growth.

Prior to MonogramGroup, Richard held a number of high-level leadership positions at Lotis Blue Consulting, AArete, A.T. Kearney, Man Investments, Archipelago Exchange (NYSE Euronext), Van Kampen Funds (Morgan Stanley) and Chase Global Asset Management (JPMorgan Chase & Co.) where he managed strategic marketing and business development initiatives, integrated marketing, communications strategies, and corporate brand awareness.

Richard is a member of various industry associations, including the Academy of Marketing Science, the Association of Digital Marketing Professionals, the American Academy of Advertising, the Association of National Advertisers, the Association of Strategic Marketing, the International Advertising Association, and the CMO Council.

Richard completed the Executive’s Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management focusing in the areas of marketing, strategy, and international business. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/International Relations from The University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Master of Arts with a concentration in Liberal Studies, International Economics, and Political Economy from Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut, and was also enrolled at Georgetown University, where he focused his studies on international law and comparative economics.
